Custom sticky note pad with pen

Custom order a sticky note holder with or without pen holder.  Can add name engraved or in acrylic/wood.  

Prices start at $20 which includes initial design time.  depending on design, materials and add on (name, pen, pen engraved etc) additional fees may be added for your custom order.  

A final price and mock up will be provided before producing.  Payment for remainder will need to be paid prior to production.  No refunds for cancelled orders if item has been designed.
